[Misc] What's the best way to avoid getting acne once you get rid of it?

I am nearly finished with accutane and am clear of active pimples forming however I don't want to use any harsh products on my skin ever again as they have caused me nothing but trouble.What's the most effective preventative products/measure for stopping the formation of acne and CC's that isn't likely to cause loads of adverse reactions on my sensitive skin for when I finish the course?Thanks
