[Miscellaneous] Has anyone else's experience with Pocketderm/Curology declined in the last few months?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I was subscribed for 6 months in 2014. The service was great. The provider was always really responsive, never had any issues. When I originally subscribed, my prescription went out the same day. I wasn't using it so consistently so I cancelled eventually.I resubscribed 9 days ago as I wanted to get back to using tretinoin and won't have time to get to my derm for a while. It took 5 days for my provider to respond to my initial message. She responded with questions and I responded the same day. Four days later, she responded again today, but only after I messaged support asking what was going on.Is this what their response time is like now? I'm not normally impatient, but on the site it says your prescription will go out in 1-2 days, and my response time before was always the advertised 48 hours. The support person who responded to me was also kind of snarky and said that Curology isn't meant for urgent cases/emergency medical attention.Has the service really declined this much? Is it possible they just have too many subscribers to keep up, or have I just been unlucky?
