Beauty Tips For Body Care
I received PC samples and it came with some toners too. I haven't tried them out yet though. But from what is written on the website it "Eliminates mild dryness or flaking, Leaves skin beautifully smooth, 100% fragrance- and colorant-free". Does it do anything in the long run or does it just make the skin look better for that day? For example, BHA/AHA/Cleansers seem to have long-term effects. Do toners too?
