[Product Question] I've read BHA helps unclog pores, but is an AHA better for CC's?

BHA has done nothing for my closed comedones, and I do own an AHA which I just don't use. Would this be more effective? I know that BHA digs deep and prevents breakouts, but would AHA be more effective for now at getting rid of my current CC's?Thank you!
