[Product Question] Which exfoliant helped you the most between AHA or BHA ?

I see the BHA 2% Liquid Exfoliant by PC is recommend a lot but from what I read on ScA AHA exfoliants seems to give better results so far.Im interested by people who experienced these products. Did they do any good ?
