[Routine Help] May need to switch up my new skincare routine - previous post linked!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I posted here about a month ago asking advice on a skincare routine. I've done what was suggested but not sure it's working all that well; I'm thinking maybe one of the products isn't quite right for me. I am still getting hormonal acne (I may need to see a doctor for that, obviously), but I've started to get acne in spots where it never used to occur (currently, I have a giant zit right in the middle of my forehead and another one that feels quite big popping up right next to it, for example). Here is my previous post, for reference:https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/comments/49clk0/routine_help_started_breaking_out_in_my_late_20s/This is my current routine:I use Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin in the morning and evening, followed by the Stridex in the red box, and then Neutrogena Oil‑Free Moisture for Combination Skin. I've tried decreasing to once a day for the Stridex and even only once every other day, but it seemed to either do nothing or potentially make things worse. My guess would maybe be the moisturizer, I guess? Does anyone have experience with it?Anyway, my acne seems about the same as before with flare ups in new spots as I said, and one thing I didn't mention before as I just clued into it myself is my cheeks are quite red, so I'm not sure if it's perhaps rosacea or something else, but I'm not sure if you have any recommendations for that as well. Sorry if this is a bit long winded, I'm just trying to make sure I have all the details! Skin care can be so frustrating! Thanks in advance!
