[Routine Help] Starting chemical exfoliants and looking for advice.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I finished a nine-month course of Roaccutane almost exactly six months ago, and I'm finally ready to make my skincare routine interesting again. For almost a year, it has been:AM:Simple KTS Replenishing Rich MoisturiserSimple KTS Protecting Moisture Cream with SPF 30PM:Oil cleanse with Mineral OilSimple KTS Vital Vitamin Foaming CleanserSuperdrug Simply Pure Hydrating SerumSimple KTS Replenishing Rich MoisturiserIn the past month, I have added in Simple KTS Soothing Facial Toner with niacinamide and I've been happy with the results, and now want to introduce an exfoliant to speed up the healing of my PIH and pitted scars. My skin is combination, with some (probably hormonal) light acne.I've been thinking about a 10% mandelic acid, but do you think this is the right product for me? Would it maybe be better to begin with a BHA and work up to an AHA? (I did consistently use a BHA before I started Roaccutane, but haven't for just over a year).
