[Routine help] What is better: Using AHA & BHA on alternative days, or using both AHA & BHA every other day?

I have heard that using AHA before BHA is a great way to get the most out of your BHA, but I'm no expert!I am a year into SCA-ing my way to a looked-after face. I've reduced my AHA use due to over-ex-foliating concerns - and this question popped into my head.
