[Skin concerns] can anyone please tell me why I suddenly broke out into these gross-looking tiny bumps overnight?

Here: https://imgur.com/a/Z2O5YMy skin has typically been pretty clear so seeing this pop up overnight really depressed me. I've been trawling subs but cannot find anything as similar or severe. It's basically red bumps and some of them have tiny whiteheads. All over my entire face, including my forehead.I've had a similar reaction from using retinol 1.5 years ago. The GP told me it was photodermatitis, and gave me a corticosteroid cream. I've used it quite a number of times since.Could it be fungal (yeast infection), eczema, rosacea (it is a lot more severe on my cheeks/nose area than my forehead and chin) or is it another photodermatitis reaction? I don't remember having used anything that would make me sensitive to sunlight though.Any help would be appreciated! I've booked in for a dermatologist appointment, but it's in a few days. Should I continue using the corticosteroid cream?
