[Skin Concerns] Redness and PIE. What's the better deal? Two full-face ipls for $200 or one Vbeam Perfecta Cheek and temples for $100?

IPL: You must buy 2 IPLs and get it done by a Nurse @ a place with years of experience. DOC: Vbeam performed only on a fraction if your face by a DoctorSO in essence, it really only comes down to the pros and cons of each and empirical and or anecdotal stories from you guys. Since the areas I want to be treated will be treated regardless if I go with one the other. My main concern is the Redness and PIE from acne and some from the TCA Peel. But I also have a few hyperpigmentation spots. The redness is more prevalent in certain lighting. Most of these spots were not left by acne but by 30% tca spot peels which I performed 3 weeks ago. I will let 1 more week pass before I decide on which route to take.Pics of my face
