[Acne] White bumps under skin on my chin. Can't pop and don't know how to raise to surface. Help.

Hi everyone,So I have always have one or two of these but now its kinda gotten out of control. On my chin I have normal breakouts but if I like tighten the skin by jutting my chin out(does that make sense?) you can REALLY see them.Does anyone know what they are or how to get rid of them?
