[Anti-Aging] Face wash apparently prevents premature ageing cleaning out small pollution particles, but is there an alternative?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've read in various places (e.g. here and here) that minuscule pollution particles enter your skin and can cause premature ageing, hence you should use a good face wash to get rid of those particles. I don't know if this is a debated fact or not, but I have heard various dermatologists saying face washes are important in anti-aging skin routines to clean out dirt and prevent inflammations, so for the sake of the rest of my post, I'll assume this is true.Personally, I got rid of my acne through Accutane, and after I was "addicted" to different strong cleansers for years, since if I went off them I broke out. Even with them I'd get the occasional minor break out. Eventually I switched to a gentle cleanser and stuck with it for 3 weeks. Lo and behold, my skin adjusted and I had even less occasional break outs. Eventually I started cleaning only with water, and again, my skin adjusted after some time, and nowadays I only get one itsy bitsy teenie weenie little pimple every now and then. Now, I'm super scared of using products that I can get "addicted" to again, should I ever have to go without them. Seems like a stupid concern maybe, but I don't know, I just don't like the principle of it. I also travel a lot and I don't want to be left with terrible skin should I forget to pack one products, and when I go hiking for a few days in the wilderness, washing with anything more than water is just not practical. My acne was bad and I really don't want to ever go through that again. So, I'm looking at complements to my water rinse to help stave off the premature ageing effects of pollution/dirt/whatnot. I don't use silicones in any products, so I've kind of assumed wiping off make up with a microfiber towel is good enough and then washing thoroughly with water. I use a heavily diluted tea tree oil solution on my face almost every night as well as shea butter, and a moisturiser and spf during the day. Do you think the tea tree oil is enough to take care of these pollution particles/dirt particles/whatever? I mean, since TTO is anti-inflammatory I hoped this would be a good solution. So far I haven't gotten "addicted" to it. But I just don't know enough.
