Hi skincare addicts!So a few months ago I moved country and started suffering the worst breakouts I've had since before I was a teen on accutane. I made a post on here and most people suggested it was diet, which I believe is correct.I also started using a 0.1% tretinion cream and double cleansing too, thanks to some helpful comments.My biggest improvement I believe has been from eating eggs. I used to have a poached egg or 2 almost every morning for breakfast before I moved countries.I changed up my diet big time and started eating a lot better after my last post, but my biggest change seems to have come from returning to my daily poached egg breakfast!Most of the stuff I've seen on google has been about people having breakouts after eating more eggs, not seeing an improvement. The eggs I have been eating this week haven't even been organic.Any one experience this?Skin type: OilySkin concerns: Hormonal acne/ severe breakouts around chin and mouthOn accutane 7 years ago, hormonal BC of several types caused worse breakouts. No breakouts, only the occasional tiny hormonal breakout before moving country even with minimal skin care.TLDR; Anyone else who has actually seen their skin improve by returning eggs to their diet?
