Beauty Tips For Body Care

I have been very self conscious about my back for a while but I never had money to spare to treat it until now. I have read the sidebar but is it enough for me to just use sunscreen and an exfoliator? Also any brand recommendations or tips would be great since this is all very foreign to me.
