[Acne] Been trying all sorts of products but it either had no effect or just got worse.

I started having some pimples when I was around 14. I'm turning 17 now and it only got worse.Background: I had a few pimples (less than 10) when I was 14 (M), and I got Master Oil Control Max Facial Scrub (http://www.masterphilippines.com.ph/index.php/products/about-master) to combat it in fears of it getting worse. First week of using it I noticed I had gotten significantly worse. I immediately stopped it, and my acne just stayed like that for months to come. I decided to give some other products a try, none seemed to work, it looked the same after a few months so I stopped again. When I turned 16, I decided to start using products again as my acne had affected my confidence. I used Eskinol Pimple Fighting Facial Deep Cleanser (https://www.eskinol.com.ph/index.php/eskinol/products) but didn't see any improvements over the course of a few months so I stopped using it. I started using Pond's Acne Clear Foam Scrub (http://www.ponds.com/product/detail/1057392/multi-action-acne-facial-foam) for a few months but I stopped since it has no effect whatsoever.Current situation: I used Nivea Anti Acne Facial Foam (http://www.niveamen.ph/products/oil-control-total-anti-acne-foam_local) but it only got worse so I just stopped using it yesterday. I moved to Hong Kong 2 months ago so all the products listed earlier are not available here. I feel products are a waste of time and money but I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm quite desperate to get rid of acne before school starts. Everytime I'd use products it either stays the same or gets worse.My skin remains dry but gets oily after a few hours. When I'm outside I get very oily really quick.
