[Acne] [Routine Help] Sidebar read. SCA routine established for two months. Still have the same acne issues. Is it a routine issue?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Behold this terrible nonsense. This is what the bottom half of my face looks like for about three out of four weeks a month. It's been this way since puberty (28F now). The stuff around my mouth is always there. The three bumps over the right side of my mouth were HUGE for about two weeks until a few days ago. The cystic acne (I think?) around my jawline is worse before and after shark week.I used to just wash my face with whatever was sitting around and viewed moisturizer as optional. Two months ago I started an actual routine. My pore size and forehead area have improved noticeably, which I am super happy about. Texture is slightly improved. This acne nonsense, however, is completely untouched. Most are deep and large, which makes me think it's cystic. Some of them come to a head, some don't. Even when they're not active/inflamed, there's always a red bump where they are.Is this something I can address by a routine change? Or is it time to see a derm? I have not yet introduced an AHA, but also have not changed my routine at all since I started it mid-April. I'm getting kind of desperate at this point. I'm in my late-twenties and work in a professional environment. I know I shouldn't, but I feel so incredibly self-conscious when I show up to a client meeting with this crazy acne all over my face.Skin type: Combination -- oily in the T-zone, dry-to-normal everywhere elseRoutine:MorningEucerin Redness Relief Soothing CleanserWitch HazelClean & Clear morning burst oil-free moisturizerNeutrogena clear face sunscreen SPF 55EveningEucerin wash againGarnier Micellar Cleansing Water (pink cap)Stridex Maximum Strength (red box)Clean & Clear morning burst againTwice a weekMicellar waterStridexClay maskTea tree oil diluted with olive oilFollowed by regular morning routineIf there's any necessary information I left out please let me know.
