[Anti-Aging] Is there a 'advanced' anti aging routine for lips and the skin close to it?

All I see is Vaseline, lip balm etc. Isn't there something more?For instance, for my face it's AHAs, c vitamin serums, sunscreen, retinol, niacimide etc. All for boosting that collagen and what not, isn't there an equivalent for lips? Or do you put the regular skin care stuff on your lips too?
