Beauty Tips For Body Care
I visit other countries often, many of them in the middle east/south east asia and acne isn't as prevalent as it is in america or europe. Everyone washes their face with bar soap and never use lotion or moisturizer and they still have better skin than I do. Even beggars who stand outside in the scorching sun, on busy intersections with terrible pollution and their skin is totally clear.I know their is the hygiene theory that basically says improved hygiene in the west since the 20th century has caused limited exposure to micro organisms and causes an inappropriate reaction if exposed later in life. But it's my understanding that this theory is related to Inflammatory bowel disease and not acne...I guess that's the plus side of growing up in a third world country.
