I wanted to take advantage of the sale ending today at Paula's choice. I saw they had sunscreen for a really good deal. It was the Hydralight SPF 30. Normally I buy the Resist formula, but who can pass up a sale price?I put 2 in my cart and went to checkout. As I'm in the checkout the system informs me they only have enough inventory for 1 of the, originally 2, sunscreens I wanted. No big deal, I will just get the one then. Click on checkout again, and BOTH of the sunscreens had been swiped from my cart. WTF, now it is telling me they are out of stock even though I had them in my cart.I called their phone ordering line and thankfully the representative was kind enough to give me the sale price on the same formula of another product. I just couldn't believe they would take items from an active cart. I could understand if I put them in there, and then went and ran errands or something. Anyone else had this problem before? I will be much quicker on the draw next time there is a sale.Tl;dr: Tried ordering a hydralight sunscreen on sale. Put 2 in the cart. At checkout both are taken out of my cart and sold to other customers. Representative gives me sale price on a similar sunscreen.
