Beauty Tips For Body Care
So, because of the heat and everything, my acne has gotten increasingly worse despite my best efforts to curb it with BHA and stuff, so I finally decided to go to a dermatologist, I was brought into the office by a surprisingly nice nurse, especially considering what happened afterwards. So the doctor comes in a bit after the nurse leaves, I spoke to the doctor a bit about my persistent acne that started maybe 3 years ago, and it's been getting worse, and after she heard the term persistent acne, basically everything else I said at that point was null. I tried telling her that I've been on curology and I've tried clindamycin (I enunciated that with this one I had a particularly bad run-in with because it broke me out like crazy and kinda stung my skin), it made my skin burn and I , benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, tea tree oil, azealic acid and more, but she was looking at her desk the entire damn time. After she finally comes back from where ever the fuck her mind went, she asks me "what cleanser do you use?", so I tell her that currently I'm using CosRX Low pH good morning cleanser and basically, what she said was a nicer way to say "your cleanser is terrible. here's what I recommend", she goes to give this sheet of paper to the receptionist as I leave her office and the receptionist pulls out this bottle, the front of the bottle says Salicylic Acid 1% and Tea Tree wash, two ingredients that I've already used already and have done nothing to benefit my skin (except tea tree brings down my redness a little) and that insurance in general doesn't cover this and that it'd run me $30.00. I told her that I'm disinterested and basically what she tells me is "youre doomed without this!". Whatever, at this point I'm already agitated, so I just leave and head to my pharmacy. I get my prescription and of course, it's 1% clindamycin gel. The one that fucked my skin the most.edit: at this point I realize that my title doesn't make any sense, what I meant to say was, first experience at the dermatologist and it was fucking terrible
