[Product Question] Nufountain C20+Ferulic Vitamin C Serum

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I am a 23F and I started incorporating Vitamin C serum into my skincare regimen about 6 months ago with the primary hope of minimizing/reducing my fine lines and lightening up some dark spots. I would describe my skin as normal. I have never had acne, but I do have fairly large pores on my nose extending out to my cheeks, fairly prominent wrinkles on my forehead, and several dark spots (most of which are scars from pimples or picking at my skin).Until now, I have been using the Ole Henriksen Truth Serum 1-2 times per day, after toner and before eye cream and moisturizer. I liked the scent and the way it felt on my skin, but I didn’t notice any significant changes other than an instant brightening effect. Now I’m in the market for a new serum, and after scouring several threads on this subreddit, I have decided on the Nufountain C20+Ferulic Topical Vitamin C Serum, but I have a couple of questions I’m hoping you can help me out with! For starters, in what order do you apply this product? I understand it is more of a watery texture than a traditional serum, so I’m not entirely sure where it fits in. I apply my current daily routine in the following order: cleanse/exfoliate, toner, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen. Also, do you think this product is good to use as a 23 year old? I know there are certain anti-aging ingredients I should avoid at my age, like peptide and glycolic acid, but I’m not as familiar with all the “don’ts” as I should be!Any and all input would be much appreciated!
