[Skin Concerns] (affordable) Body care with eczema. What products have worked for you?

My face routine is down pat! I'm actually super happy about it, but I've realized recently that my body skin is suffering.. My eczema is really sporadic and aggressive on my body, and I'm not sure how to take care of it. It's not a huge concern, but I also will get the occasional hard spot underneath the skin (probably from sweating).Currently, I use:-1 Allegra 24h pill a day (helps SOOOOO much)-Eucerin body wash (the yellow one)-Cerave Moisturizing cream-BananaBoat Kids SPF 50If my skin is irritated or inflamed, I'll use a cortisone cream mixed with a touch of zinc oxide (it helps the cream stay in place, and I also think it helps with bumps and general rashes).I'm looking for a cheaper, heavier body lotion that doesn't irritate my skin at all. I like the body wash I'm using as well, but it's such a small size! ._. I find myself consistently using cortisone to help my troubled body skin too, and I just want it to be okay on a daily basis.What are yalls routines? :)
