Hi,Since I was a kid I had those spots but I've never talked with parents or doctors because I was always really shy. After I searched on internet I found that Fordyce spots are actually really similar to mine, but I'm not 100% sure. They don't hurt but they do not look nice at all (girls don't say anything but I am embarrassed when they see my genitals) . I though that with the time they could have improved, but I was wrong.
