Going Orlando for few weeks soon and i'm just trying to understand the UV index, if for example I sit outside at 12pm for one hour when the UV index is 10 does that mean sitting out in the sun from 3pm until 8pm when the UV is 2 will be the same? Or does it not work like that?Thanks!
