[Routine help] Moisturizer breaking me out - ingredient help? Product suggestions?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi SCA! I've been lurking here for a while and have made huge improvements in my skin with the help of all your advice (thank you!) but one issue I'm still having is finding a good moisturizer. I think my skin type is normal but I am pretty acne-prone.I have a pretty simple routine - AM and PMCleanse with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for All Skin Types Stridex (red) Moisturize Neutrogena Ultra-sheer dry touch sunscreen (AM only)Recently I started to suspect that my moisturizer was causing me to break out, and after trying several different ones I basically stopped using moisturizer altogether and my acne really cleared up (still have a lot of PIH but no active breakouts in the last few weeks). The obvious problem is that this has caused my skin to be really dry, so I've been trying to find a new moisturizer. The ones that haven't worked for me are: Olay Complete All-Day Moisturizer, Cerave (in the tub, with the pump), and Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for Sensitive Skin. I also tried Nivea Creme after reading a bunch of positive reviews here, but I think I may have bought the wrong one (it came in a little tube in the travel section, but I think the facial creme comes in a tin? Not sure but it broke me out really badly, I still might to try the tin one if I can find it).The only lotion that hasn't caused me to break out is Paula's Choice Resist Super-Light Daily Wrinkle Defense, but it doesn't actually moisturize my skin very much and still leaves me with super dry (sometimes peeling) skin especially around my mouth/nose. PC is pretty expensive for me but I would be willing to pay for it if it actually moisturized.I made an excel doc comparing the ingredients of Cerave, Neutrogena, Nivea, and PC but I'm still new to figuring out which ingredients are good/bad for me. Ingredients that the first 3 have that PC doesn't were Petrolatum and Glycerin. Cerave and Neutrogena also have Cetyl alcohol. They all contain Dimethicone but so does PC so I don't think that's the problem. If anyone has any insight it would be really appreciated! I've read that some people have had weird reactions to glycerin so maybe that's it? Not sure. Any suggestions for drugstore moisturizers would be really helpful. I live in the midwest (US) if that helps.
