[Skin Concerns] Is BHA or AHA better for treating keratosis pilaris?

I've been using Paula's choice liquid BHA on my mild kp after it returned slightly post accutane (not what I took accutane for, though). It's been helping, but wondering if her AHA or any other exfoliant would do me better, or do I just give it more time? Thanks guys!
