[skin concerns] What are the most skin-friendly, gentle, and bland products you know of?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm seventeen, and up until about a month ago I purposely dressed down in every way possible (past the euphemism, I was purposefully a slob for personal reasons). Now on my way to college, I'm finally indulging in how much I love to pamper myself appearance-wise, putting me on the quest for a full skin-care regime. The problem?Absolutely everything gives me hives.Currently the only lotions I have that I can safely use are CeraVe's night time moisturizing lotion (the day version gave me hives) and St. Ive's Oatmeal and Shea Butter lotion. I've been using these basically forever.I'm biracial (black/red-head irish), and with the perma-tan came oily skin from my father's side. And eczema. I'm spot testing the most bland products from The Body Shop with the hopes that some of them work, but their normal body scrub made me itch within minutes so it might end up a no-go.Please don't kill me, but I don't use sunscreen. I know I really should because melanoma, but I haven't ever found one that both wasn't oily as all get out and didn't make me get itchy-devil-bumps everywhere it was applied (that's why the day version of CeraVe didn't work out). If anyone has some magic product that won't cost me an arm and a leg I'd be forever grateful. I'm currently ordering a parasol until I can figure out something.Which brings me up to my most important point: I'm broke. Like, reealllly broke. I'm attending Wellesley College in the fall, and while they've given me wonderful amounts of financial aid, living 4,000 miles away will be/is taking a toll on my bank account. I also need to be able to financially sustain myself off of my work study money, so I can't go selling my soul to get rid of sebaceous filaments :)Any advice is welcome and thank you in advance!
