[Acne] Pus under flat, pale grey/blue areas of skin. What are these? (Sorry for my picking problem)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
First post, so please forgive formatting errors as I try to figure this out. I've been a lurker for quite some time and have had acne for 10 years (23 year old female), but I've hit a breaking point. Today I needed to stop for groceries on my way home from the gym, but couldn't bring myself to go in because I was too ashamed of my skin without makeup. I just left after a minute of sitting in the car, getting upset. I have a bad picking problem, but I'm working on it. I'm hoping you can tell me what exactly I'm picking at; it might help. I tell myself they're the early stages of pimples, which makes me squeeze the hell out of them to prevent a breakout, but really this just leaves a big red mark on my face for the next week. When "searching" my face, I look for flat pimple-size spots on my face with a pale blueish-grey tinge under the skin. It takes some good lighting, and they're easier to see if I stretch the skin a little. It's almost like I can see the pus just under the skin. And (I know...), when I squeeze the skin around the area, oil or white pus comes out as though it was a pimple. I can usually find at least 5 of these per day. What are these spots? If I left them alone, would they just go away, or would they develop into breakouts? I tell myself I'm doing myself a favor for "catching them early," but all the red marks on my skin suggest otherwise! Thanks in advance. tldr: Small, flat, blue/grey areas of skin I can squeeze pus from - What are they?
