Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've had eczema since I was a child. It was manageable for awhile, but for the last week it's been horrid.I've had a rash so bad that I don't even want to leave my room.I've spent some time doing research and I think the answer is to revamp my diet.I know cows milk is a big no no. Trying to eliminate wheat and processed foods too. But what are some foods that would be good for my skin?I hear green onions lower histamine? And chicken/beef broths renew skin lipids?Has anyone else had success changing their diet to fight eczema?
