Hi SCA, I'm hoping you can help me with this! Back in April, I started using tretinoin cream 0.025%. In July, I switched to the gel as I was still breaking out and thought it might be the cream. It's now September and I'm still having breakouts. My skin will clear up and then break out, and continuously repeats this process. This happens about every 1.5 weeks, so I don't think its hormonal...what could be causing this? It doesn't seem like purging to me. It's really frustrating because I keep thinking that my skin will finally clear up, and then it breaks out again :( BTW, I'm a 19 year old female.
