[Acne] Where do you hate getting zits? Which place is manageable?

I hate getting acne around my lips, it makes me feel so nasty & like, unclean when in reality, I'm trying to take really good care of my skin. Acne on my forehead also makes me feel like a drug user lol :( but zits on my cheek & chin I can deal with quickly.
