Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey I'm not a regular here but I recently spoke to a girl who's way out of my league and I want my face to be completely clear so I can have some confidence talking to her.My skin isn't terrible, but definitely not perfect. Always have one or two zits, sometimes super noticeable, sometimes not.I'm an avid gym goer, I like to go four or five times a week. I work out pretty hard and get very sweaty which I think may be the source of my problem. I love to lift and don't want to quit but I want a clear face.I also eat a lot of food trying to build muscle and sometimes it's not the healthiest.Any advice for me as a person who wants to keep lifting and eating a lot but also want a clear face?
