[Routine Help] Oily, dehydrated, red, broken out... everything is terrible!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I wanna start by saying - I was extremely blessed by having almost perfect skin all through high school. A tiny zit here or there around my period, and some redness on my cheeks that I was self conscious about, nothing major. That all changed about two years ago when I turned 20. Nothing in my diet or my habits changed so I'm guessing it was something hormonal. Now, I can't remember the last time I didn't have at least five or six deep, pulsating skin demons plaguing my face. My pores have practically quadrupled in size and I already have deep lines in my forehead and around my eyes at 22. The redness on my cheeks that was once only a minor nuisance has become much more vivid.A friend who posts here recommended I switch to using some Cerave things recommended here so I switched to their hydrating cleanser and basic moisturizer. They just made the situation worse - my face was constantly broken out in the aforementioned deep, pulsating zits, but instead of five or six, it was basically my entire face. I also got a shit ton of closed comedones that took months of BHA to finally go away.My skin is better now than it was a couple of months ago but it's still... kind of a mess. After the Cerave incident, I stripped my routine down to almost nothing but I am still repulsed by what I see when I look in the mirror (even when wearing makeup - the way foundation settles into my enormous pores now is so embarrassing). I was hoping y'all could make some suggestions on things to add or take away from my routine because despite reading a lot here, I'm still rather clueless. I was spoiled by my skin in high school and am only now starting to learn more about skincare. All that said, let's get to it...AMOlay Sensitive Foaming Face Wash (been using this since high school so I doubt it's the problem - doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or irritated at all)Expert Sensitive Gentle Smoothing Scrub (only once a week - I tried doing only chemical exfoliation but I still had gross flakes in some spots so it wasn't cutting it)Simple Gel MoisturizerPMMarcelle Gentle Make-Up Remover for Sensitive EyesOlay Sensitive Foaming Face WashStridex Maximum StrengthClean&Clear Spot Treatment (only if I have a particularly vicious zit brewing under the skin)Simple Gel MoisturizerI know the Simple Gel Moisturizer is not good enough for at night - but it's one of the only moisturizers in my price range without fatty alcohols, something I think my skin does not respond well to after terrible experiences with both Cetaphil and Cerave. I also know I need a sunscreen - I was previously alternating between Cerave and Supergoop but cut both out because, of course, fatty alcohols (not to mention they both made me insanely greasy and ruined makeup). I feel like nothing in my routine is known for being particularly irritating, yet look how red my face has become in comparison to my neck.Any recommendations for sunscreen/night moisturizer or advice of ANY kind would be so, so, so greatly appreciated. Apologies for rambling in this post, but I have been struggling with this for two years now so I wanted to give any information that might be helpful.
