[Skin concern] I've noticed that during the colder seasons, my skin starts to roughen up and my acne comes back stronger as opposed to the warmer seasons where i only have 1 or 2 bumps showing up all throughout. Anyone else experience this, and tips (if any)?

It's important to say that i also just got the shot as my birth control a month ago, which could be a factor to my acne. However, i have observed in the past that whenever i go to a place that has a warmer climate such as California, my skin immediately smoothens out and clears up within days even though i would neglect my skincare because of travel! This summer has also proved that my skin loves warmth since i barely took care of my skin and health by not eating well, staying late, and not drinking plenty of water. I live in seattle and fall's here, i don't know what else to do aside from doubling up on moisturizer and turning up the heat in my place.
