[skin concern] Please Help! Is this purging or a rash? I have been using Amlactin 12% AHA body lotion in the green bottle for my KP. Is there anyway to treat or soothe it? And I don't know if this is a rash or purging because they look like a bunch of little KP bumps!! Thank you!!
