[Skin Concern] Started a job as a dishwasher, sanitizer solution is ruining my skin

So I'm starting university next Fall and I'm working towards funding my education for the mean time. Working in the dishwashing station is taking a toll on my hands. They have this sanitizer solution that comes in individual packets that you dissolve in the sink and dip everything into after rinsing. I see to it that I don't leave it in my skin after working so I'd soap and moisturize my hands twice by the end of the day. It still left my hands with a somewhat wrinkled texture on the back of my fingers and super smooth texture on the back of my palm. We have these latex gloves that doesn't go beyond my elbows so the solution still penetrates the skin. It irritates my skin and I can't do anything about it.Any products I could use on my hands so it'd look somewhat normal-looking again?
