[Skin Concerns] how do I get rid of dryness on my eyelids??

Hi folks. Little background here: 38F I have always had oily skin. About 4 years ago, I stopped wearing makeup on the daily basis. I will now on a "special occasion". Anyway, my previous regimen was washing my face 2x a day with Cetaphil, then applying Olay Moisturizer with SPF 15 for normal skin each time. Did this for a few years. No issues. Fast forward to about 3-4 months ago, my eyelids are getting super dry and itchy. I then bought an eye cream (L'oreal maybe) and stopped using Cetaphil and bought a foaming for sensitive skin Aveeno face wash. Still using both Olay and the eye cream. The eye cream helps but not 100%.I would love to stop this dryness. I'm not a high maintenance kinda girl so I'd love simple suggestions if you have them and I really can't afford much. But if there is something that has helped you in the past I'd love to hear it.Thank you!
