Beauty Tips For Body Care
Just as the title says, I tense up in my sleep. I sometimes make my hands into fists to the point they go numb. I apparently have a lot of forehead action going on, too, because the fine lines in my forehead are awful come morning. In waking life, I'm very expressive, so I'm conscious of how raising my eyebrows affects the lines, but I have no control over what happens in my sleep. Looking in the mirror the next morning makes me look 15 years older (I'm 28) and it freaks me out. I dream vividly, and I'm certain that plays a huge part. I've tried everything I can think of - I meditate regularly, I listen to meditation/relaxing music as I'm falling asleep, my diet is fairly good, etc. (and I of course moisturize) but nothing seems to help. I've read that it can be related to anxiety, which I'm treating as best as I can, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips related to this? The idea of putting my fine lines through 8 hours of torture EVERY night is very dismaying... Any help is greatly appreciated!
