[Skin Concerns] What is this thing on my son's nose and how do I get rid of it?

So my son has had this on his nose for longer than 7 months and we've tried to get rid of it obviously we first thought it was a pimple then it seemed like it was infected and we've tried to lance it, pop it , dry it out and all it does is bleed a lot for a small spot. Can someone please help and if you know how to make it go away we'd really appreciate it, thanks in advance!1234
