Hi! I'm a 19 year old Korean male.I've been on the second course of accutane, First one being 80mg per day for 4 months and second one that JUST finished, with 10mg for 6 months.I haven't noticed any hair thinning for the first round, but ever since the second round, (or the beginning of this year, which is 1-2 months before my round, but not TOO SURE) I've noticed that my hair feels less dense, definitely feels a LOT thinner, and I'm starting to lose a BIT of hair in a M pattern, but nothing TOO noticeable.Here's the dilemma: I don't know if it's accutane that's causing the hair thinning/loss, because nobody in my family is bald (except my mum and grandma who have very thin hair, so might be carriers of the bald gene).So I went to the dermatologist today, to see if I could do anything about it, and he referred me to a hair specialist (best in Melbourne) and told me that for TWO-THREE MONTHS, i should just stop taking accutane, and see if there's any regrowth or hair thickening, and THEN see the specialist, because then at least we can eliminate the possible cause of hair loss.But right now, as much as I want to keep my hair, I've had a long battle with oily skin, and accutane was the solution for that. And if I stop accutane, oily skin will definitely come back, so right now, I kind of want to go on finasteride AND accutane at the same time.Does anyone have any experience and/or any advice for my situation?**Also, If anyone could give me recs for moisturizer (any price range) for dehydrated yet shiny skin, I'd love you forever!Thanks so much in advance :(
