[Acne] Really oily facial skin, much hyperpigmentation, reoccuring acne

I was just wondering if anyone could help me find something(s) that could help me reduce the very oily and red look of my face. Currently I use a cerave facial cleanser and cerave moisturizer and yet I still break out. I am considering going private for roaccutane as I've had enough of looking how I do whist everyone around me has great skin, but I would rather save the money if possible.
