[Acne] Reason for acne only on ONE side of the face, even when eliminating things like dirty pillowcases, not touching the face with the phone, etc?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm super frustrated. The right side of my face is, well, perfect. By my standards, at least. No bumps, no pimples, not even any PIH/PIE for once. BB cream glides on gloriously and is barely even necessary. The left side of my face: swollen red pimple next to my eyebrow. Big red pimple in the middle of my cheek. Red swollen pimple on the left side of my mouth. A few more smaller light pink bumps that will eventually turn into the equivalent of the above. Here's what I've tried/already do: clean my pillowcases and bedsheets twice a week, sleep on the right side or at least varying sleeping sides, never touch my face, never lean against my hands, part my hair to the right (like...what the heck? I've never even parted my hair to the left, only the right...and 95% of the time I wear it up due laziness), I don't drive (so sun doesn't irritate the left side of my face), nothing comes into contact with only the left side of my face, no shampoo runs down my face at all, no body wash touches my face, I hold my phone against the RIGHT side of my face never the left (again-- what the hell?), etc...the list goes on. I've basically eliminated all known possibilities for acne on one side of the face only. I could scream...The ONLY thing I've wondered about is whether hormones can cause this. I do think I had something up with my left ovary this cycle (possible ovarian cyst) which has gotten better this week, but I keep reading mixed comments about whether or not hormones can only affect one side of the face. Please help- I feel like both halves of my face are a before and after picture and I've exhausted all possibilities that I'm aware of (god only know what I've missed...)Thank you! :(P.S: My routine is simple. Water in AM, Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Cleanser at night if necessary, Tea Tree 90 Essence on troubled spots when necessary, Rosette Ceramide Gel if my skin is feeling dry, and a BB cream with SPF. I had a bad allergic reaction about two months ago so I've been very slowly re-introducing things after using only water vastly calmed down my skin. None of the products I currently use break me out (tested, tried and true) and I haven't re-introduced anything else in awhile. Skin type: combination/combination dry (in winter; in summer I'm more oily), sensitive as heck, acne prone.
