Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'd gotten a pretty good and solid routine down when I first started lurking here. There were a bunch of different things I used at different times of day, such a ritual.Then I started drinking 3L of water a day - what a difference! I cut the 4-5 products I was using just to a Cetaphil face wash and OCM with baby oil. As long as I didn't go more than 2-3 days without drinking at least 2-3L of water a day, everything was fine.Then I decided to pick up a vegan diet. I've been a vegetarian for a while and a friend convinced me this was the next step. Ok, I'll give it a go for a month and see how I feel. I only started Oct 1 and I've been out and about, almost barely getting 1.5L of water in a day and I still haven't broken out! Not once! I can see the rest of my skin all over my body behaving better too.Now I'm only using the baby oil OCM and occasionally washing my face in the shower. This is such a miracle! Honestly it's such a hassle to always have to go pee every 45 min, carry a Nalgene around all the time, and panic every time I haven't had enough water. I guess this was a weird form of lactose intolerance? Being vegan is kind of a huge pain in the ass but since this face thing, I don't think I'm ever going to have dairy ever again.Just wanted to share! :)
