[Product Question] Question about rubbing alcohol

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey everybody! Since I've started reading SCA I feel like I'm so much more knowledgeable about how to properly take care of my skin. I just had a question about rubbing alcohols effect on the skin long term.Just some background- so, for health reasons, I'm on steroids, which, I fear caused me to break out pretty bad. My normal routine, aside from the antibiotic that I'm now on for the acne, is that I shower twice a day (before work and after exercising), and I typically wash my hair, use salicylic acid wash on my face, regular soap on my body, then benzoyl peroxide wash on my chest and shoulders (where the acne is worst), Cetaphil on my face, and then Cerave salicylic acid moisturizing scrub on my chest and shoulders. After I get out, I usually take a qtip and put rubbing alcohol on some bigger pimples, or other problem spots to hopefully prevent infection and because it dries them out so fast. I used to do this on my face and neck a lot, but then became worried that it would permanently mess up my skin. Recently, however, I've been doing it on my chest and shoulders, and even back up on to my neck, because it's so effective. Is this safe? Will it mess up my skin? It dries out medium sized pimples in like a day sometimes, so it's super effective, bit I don't want to irreparably damage my skin. Usually, if I put it on my face or neck, I only do it if I've moisturized first.I was just hoping someone would know if I should stop or not. Thanks!! :)
