A few days ago I posted about noticing a change to the formulation of the Cetaphil Moisturizing lotion with the new green packaging- see original post below- after seeing on the Canadian Walmart website that Avocado oil was listed instead of Macadamia, even though the ingredients listing on their official website remained the same.https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/comments/55ic8t/product_question_cetaphil_moisturizing_lotion/This is the response I got today-"Thank you for your email. Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion has undergone both a packaging update as well as a formulation change this year. The new formulation involves several ingredient changes including the addition of avocado oil and the removal of macadamia seed oil. Our website will be updated shortly to reflect these changes.Kind Regards."Hopefully this will be helpful to someone! It at least explains why several people have been experiencing a difference with the green packaged lotion. Such a shame as I've been using Cetaphil lotion for a long time, but I guess now the search is on for something to replace it with!
