I just got an e-mail about this so I went and checked their facebook page. They have 2 Doctors or nurse practitioners answering all sorts of questions and I just spent way too much time watching pretty much every single video. Curology has done wonder for my skin so I really trust their advice. Just in case you need something else to channel your addiction into :)
