Beauty Tips For Body Care
Besides of course citrus and their derivatives, or anything with high amounts of vitamin A. And lavender, I've seen those studies. But now I see many people preaching that no essential oils are good for the skin—either unless or harmful. While I agree that loading a product full of them is a terrible idea, isn't it just because you might have an allergic reaction? Just like anything...I only wonder because I've recently being using products with ingredients and my cleanser/toner/aha have tea tree, neem, sandlewood, etc and my routine is almost entirely "holistic" by now, and my skin has really cleared up and I get way less clogs and redness. Not to mention switching from conventional fragrances to roll on oil blends has really helped my headaches and sinus problems. I used to work at Sephora— that'll do a number to your head. Maybe it's just me, but the more simple and organic my skincare is, I find, the better. (Though there's tons of brands out there that have terrible "natural" products— I agree.) but I think one should do research and find what will help you specific condition before dismissing essential oils and "ingredient based" or otherwise DIY things completely. ππJust my 2 cents.Oh yeah, and I think Paula just drags anything that doesn't line up with her brand tbh π€
