[Routine Help] How to incorporate AHA/BHA. Already using Tretinoin 0.05%

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I started using Retin-A 0.025% April 2015, then bumped up to 0.05% in January this year. After 1.5 years, my skin has completely adapted to the tret that I don't get flakies or irritations anymore. My pimples have almost completely disappeared, and I no longer get deep acne. I do minimally breakout about once a month. The problems I want to tackle now are clogged pores, SFs, acne scars and hyper-pigmentation. I'm planning to introduce AHA and BHA, maybe Paula's Choice. How do I go about including these exfoliators to my existing routine below? Where do they go in the routine (before or after tret)? Ideally I'd like to use them at night as there's no way I can wake up half an hour earlier to do my acid wait times. I work 12 hours a day as it is already. My routine (I have oily skin):AMHada Labo Foaming CleanserHada Labo Hyaluronic Acid LotionSimple Hydrating Light MoisturiserSunscreenPMOCM with whatever carrier oil I have on handHada Labo Foaming CleanserRetin A 0.05% (wait 30mins)Hada Labo Hyaluronic Acid LotionEucerin Replenishing Face CreamA couple times a week I'll slap on a sheet maskAlso, any recommendations for your favourite AHA/BHA are very welcomed. I'm located in the UK btw. Looking forward to your advice. Thanks!edit: typos
