I double cleanse with jojoba oil OCM, and cerave hydrating cleanser.My skin looks totally clean after I cleanse. However, when I use a cotton pad soaked with micellar water, it still pulls up a bunch of orange-ish, foundation remnants on my face. Tonight it took me three cotton pads with micellar water until it finally was clean (the last cotton pad I used had no color on it, so I'm assuming that means there really wasn't any makeup left).I thought OCM and double cleansing would be enough to fully remove my makeup, so how come my cotton pads are saturated with makeup when I use micellar water after cleansing? How can I make sure my makeup is COMPLETELY removed?
