[Routine Help] I will be moving in the Canadian Arctic in about a month. I have combo/oily/acne-prone skin. Any advice on what routine, moisturizers, etc. I should be using?

Hi SCA,As the title says, I currently live in Vancouver, BC and I will be relocating to Iqaluit, Nunavut in early November and I'm currently doing research on how to better take care of my skin once I'm up there.My current routine is:Cleaner: Cerave Foaming Facial CleanserToner: Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free TonerTreatment: 5% Benzoyl PeroxideMoisturizer: Day - Cetaphil DermaControl Moisturizer SPF 30Moisturizer: Night - Garnier Pure Active MoisturizerI think I need to change up my moisturizers since it will be cold and dry up there throughout the year, but I'm not sure what kind to get. Vancouver is pretty much the coldest place I've ever lived at. Any suggestion would be great.
